Online Shop, Content by email, phpBB forums and I have written several custom applications in PHP mySQL in Dreamweaver and Fabrik. Including haulage costing calculator, vehicle service calendar and staff training DB.

Administrator Component
This allows searching of users and orders to be done easily on one page. As the page is Ajax sorting columns and filtering fields is very quick.
VAT receipts can be created from this page too. VAT amounts are calculated on the fly as all of the prices on the website already include VAT.
The haulage company can be emailed using a form on this page. The status of the order is changed accordingly.
Delivery notes on multipart paper are printed off using another custom built page.
This page alone has saved the sales team a substantial amount of time and reduced the need for hand written delivery notes. |  | Survey Results
Dynamically shows how customers found out about Dandys. Customers complete a custom field during the checkout process. Another page displays the amount spent by the users depending on how they found Dandys | 
| Bio-Diesel Register
Records bio-diesel production through its various stages. Calculates the duty to be paid based on the use of the fuel and amount made. A another page shows dynamically based on a current any supplier is owed for the amount of waste oil supplied.

Allows the various teams to be informed about ongoing projects and allows tasks to be assigned, accepted, marked as complete and archived. Private messaging via phpBB. |  | Product Syndication Component
Allows products from the main site to be displayed on any other PHP page. Content/details only need to be changed on the master site. Option for template change when the main site is reached. |  | Sample Ordering Component
Allows customers to order product samples from the website. No major changes made to Virtuemart, only an additional field in the database for products that can have samples and an include statement added to the product template. Customer does not even need to enter the name of the product.
Easy for the sales team to update and monitor, only one field in a form needs to updated. Products then display a Jiffy bag if they have samples available with a link to the relevent form |
